This page explains what to include in your message, what happens after you send it, and a few questions people ask before getting in touch.

What happens next

  1. You reach out

Call, text or email with a line about your business.

  2. We reply

Usually within one business day, on the channel you chose.

  3. You talk to a senior strategist

A focused conversation about your goals, market and numbers.

Three ways to reach us

The short answer: call for a quick conversation, text for convenience, email for detail.

  • Call (604) 632-4959. Best for a first conversation about your market, your crew and what you want more of.
  • Text (604) 632-4959. Good if you are on a job site. A single line about your business is enough, and we'll reply.
  • Email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Best for detail: links to your website, ad account screenshots or a news correction with sources.

We are based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and work with installers across Canada. Consultations happen in person, by video call, or by phone, text and email, and there's nothing to download or sign up for.

What to include in your message

The short answer: who you are, where you work and what you want to change.

A useful first message covers:

  1. Business name and website.
  2. Main towns or regions you serve, and whether you work with natural gas, propane or both.
  3. What you install and service: residential tankless, commercial, combi units, other water heaters.
  4. What's not working: too few calls, the wrong kind of calls, stale rebate pages, poor repeat business.
  5. Your capacity: how many more tankless jobs a month your team could take.
  6. When you're easiest to reach, by day and time.

Here is a template you can copy and fill in:

Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name] in [City]. We install tankless water heaters across [Service area], mostly [natural gas / propane]. Our website is [Website]. We want more [planned upgrades / maintenance customers / commercial jobs]. We could take about [Number] more jobs a month. Best time to reach me: [Day and time].

What happens next

The short answer: a reply, a conversation, then a written plan.

  1. We reply. Usually within one business day, by your preferred method.
  2. We talk. A senior strategist asks about your market, services, capacity and goals, and answers your questions. If it makes sense, we start the 7-day free trial, in which we audit your marketing, website, search presence and competition.
  3. We send a written plan. Our recommendations, the plan we think fits, and the terms, in writing. There's no lock-in and no credit card needed for the trial.

Before you get in touch

The short answer: a little reading will make the first call more useful.

If you have a few minutes, our services overview explains the four ways we help tankless installers, and the pricing page lists plans and website packages. The results page shows what our HVAC work has done for named companies. For regional context, the areas hub covers each province and territory.

News tips and corrections

The short answer: send the link, the issue and the source.

If you have a news tip about recalls, rebates, codes or product announcements affecting tankless water heaters in Canada, or if you think a story in our newsroom is wrong, email or text us. Include the primary source if you have it. We check every tip against official or company sources before publishing or correcting anything, and corrections are dated on the page.

A note for homeowners

The short answer: we can't help with a heater, but we can point you in the right direction.

TanklessNews.ca is a marketing and consulting business that serves heating companies. We are not a contractor and don't install, repair or inspect equipment. If you have a problem with a tankless water heater, contact a licensed gas contractor. If you suspect a carbon monoxide problem, leave the building and call emergency services. To check whether your heater is part of a recall, search Health Canada's recalls site or read our Vesta recall story.

Frequently asked questions

What's the fastest way to reach you?

Call (604) 632-4959 during business hours, Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Outside those hours, a text or email is easiest; we usually reply within one business day.

Can I send a news tip or a correction?

Yes. Email or text the story link, what you think is wrong or missing, and the source. We check it against the primary source before changing anything.

Do you meet in person?

Yes. Tankless installers can meet us in person or by video call, and we also work by phone, text and email.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. The first conversation and the 7-day free trial cost nothing, and no credit card is needed.

Can a homeowner contact you about a tankless problem?

We are a marketing service, not a contractor, so we can't help with a heater. For a safety concern, contact a licensed gas contractor or your provincial safety regulator.
