Monthly plans

The short answer: three plans, from local foundations to full multi-channel marketing.

Plan Price (CAD) What it includes
Starter $2,998/month A website with service pages built for search, local SEO and Google Business Profile work, starter Google and Meta campaigns, hosting and upkeep, and a report each month
Growth $4,498/month All of Starter, with deeper SEO and content, paid ads on several channels, retargeting, a CRM connection, review generation and a report every week
Elite $8,998/month All of Growth, with video, PR outreach, your own account manager, a live dashboard, a strategy call each month and reports built around your goals

For a tankless installer, Starter usually covers local SEO and basic ads. Growth adds the content depth that rebate and recall pages and maintenance plan campaigns need, plus review generation. Elite suits multi-location companies or those adding commercial work.

Websites

The short answer: one-time builds from $3,500, with monthly hosting and maintenance.

Package Price (CAD) What it includes
Essential $3,500 one-time A custom site of 5–7 pages, ready in 2–3 weeks; hosting and maintenance then cost $149/month
Professional $6,500 one-time 10–15 pages designed to convert, ready in 3–4 weeks; hosting, maintenance and CRO then cost $249/month
Enterprise $12,500 one-time No limit on pages or locations, ready in 4–6 weeks; full management then costs $449/month

A tankless-focused installer with one main service area often fits Professional: enough pages for installation, conversion, propane, maintenance, commercial and a few towns.

What drives the cost for tankless installers

The short answer: the number of towns, the competition, and how much content needs maintaining.

  • Service area. Five towns need fewer pages and ad groups than twenty.
  • Competition. Crowded urban markets need more content and ad budget than small towns.
  • Fuel mix. Serving both natural gas and propane customers means two sets of pages and campaigns.
  • Rebate exposure. In provinces with active tankless rebates, such as Saskatchewan, content needs more frequent review.
  • Commercial work. Selling to businesses adds pages and a different sales process.
  • Your capacity. There's no point buying more calls than your crew can take.

A worked example

The short answer: check the plan against your job value and capacity.

Suppose your average tankless installation is worth $5,000 in revenue, and you could take six more installs a month. That is $30,000 in extra monthly revenue at capacity. A Growth plan at $4,498 plus 5% GST, as in BC or Alberta, is $4,722.90 a month, before ad spend. Whether that works depends on your gross margin and how many of those six jobs the marketing actually produces. We'll run these numbers with your real figures during the trial, and we won't recommend a plan your numbers can't support.

Sales tax and billing

The short answer: Canadian dollars, plus GST/HST at your province's rate.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. For tankless installers that means 5% GST in the western provinces and the North, 13% HST in Ontario, 14% in Nova Scotia, 15% in the other Atlantic provinces, and 5% GST with 9.975% QST in Quebec. Billing terms, start dates and any other conditions are set out in writing in your proposal.

What is not included

The short answer: equipment, installation work and your ad budget.

We don't sell equipment or do any installation, repair or service work; we are not a contractor. Your advertising budget with Google or Meta is separate from the plan fee. Third-party costs, such as a call-tracking number or a paid directory listing you choose to keep, are discussed and agreed in writing before they are added.

How to choose

The short answer: start with the trial, then pick the smallest plan that fixes your biggest gap.

  1. Take the 7-day free trial and read the audit.
  2. Identify your biggest gap: being found, buying leads, repeat business or accuracy.
  3. Choose the plan that covers it, and grow from there.
